This is an excellent instructional video.  Mr. Lo, student of Cheng
Man-Ching, demonstrates the entire form and methodically goes through
each posture.  It is a good guide and detailed reference for both new
students and more experienced students alike.  Highly recommended.

T’ai Chi for Health: Yang Short Form with Terence Dunn

This two-hour DVD provides a nice section on warm up exercises and
demonstrates the various postures of the Cheng Man-Ching tai chi form
showing multiple angles for each posture.  It is a good instructional video
and readily available on-line.  Note – Mr. Dunn tends to take longer
stances than many CMC practitioners in some postures, but students
using this video can shorten their stances as needed.
