Open Practice in Cabin John Regional Park
Cancelled due to covid-19 health concerns
Every Saturday morning from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
This is not a class. It is a free open practice for
anyone who would like to come out to the park and
practice tai chi: form, weapons, & push-hands,
regardless of your level or experience. If you are new
to tai chi or just curious about it, please come by and
check it out & feel free to ask questions.
We are there all year around - rain or shine. When the
weather is nice, you can find us at the top of the hill
near Pavillion H. During incliment weather, we are
either near the train station or under one of the
pavillions nearby.
